67 Bikinis — Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Security Deposit

1.1 A non-refundable rental fee plus a $150 deposit is due in full at checkout.
1.2 The deposit is held against loss, late return, or damage (see Section 5). It is refunded within 5-10 business days of the suit passing inspection. Deposit is only refundable after bikini is returned. It is not refundable if a rental is cancelled.
1.3 Three (3) weeks prior to your competition date, we’ll send you an email requesting your current measurements to ensure the bikini fits perfectly.
1.4 If you do not respond to the measurement request, we will not follow up. A generic size will be sent based on the information provided at booking, and no fit-related refunds will be available. Interchangeable connectors (hook in) are included to size up or down for the client to do themselves if needed.

1.5 No refunds are given if you choose to pull out of any shows and shorten your rental period.

2. Shipping & Return Window

2.1 Suits ship within roughly 10-7 days  before your first competition date via Express Post with signature. 
2.2 You must lodge the return parcel no later than three (3) calendar business days after your show.

2.3 Return postage is INCLUDED at checkout. We supply an AusPost tracking code via text message; you must use this service and keep the receipt. This tracking code is valid for 3 days. Please bear in mind that we will need the bikini back as soon as possible to prepare for the next renter. From this QR code Aus post will print a sticker label. Please attach this to the 67 bikini box that your bikini was sent in and tape it close. DO NOT WASH YOUR BIKINI POST COMP.

2.4 NEW ZEALAND RESIDENTS: International shipping is required, please select the correct shipping method at check out.

3. Sizing & Fit

3.1 Please use our size guide before placing your order. If you’re unsure, send us a message — we’re happy to help!
3.2 If the bikini arrives and does not fit, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will (a) ship alternative connectors at no charge or (b) issue a full refund upon immediate return of the unworn bikini.
3.3 You may cancel for any reason up to fourteen (14) days before your FIRST comp for a full rental-fee refund.
3.4 No rental-fee refunds are available within 14 days of the FIRST show.

4. Cleaning & Care

4.1 We professionally clean and sanitise every suit. Do not wash or spot-clean the bikini yourself.
4.2 Return the suit dry and packed in the original pouch.

5. Damage, Loss & Deposit Forfeiture

5.1 Normal stage wear = fine. Up to three (3) missing crystals are considered fine. As well as twisted connectors, this is also fine.
5.2 Deposit is forfeited in full if:
  a. A large amount of crystals are missing, fabric is torn, extremely stained (not from competition tan) or altered;
  b. the suit is mailed later than 3 days post competition & NOT using the link we have provided. If you know you cannot comply with this timeframe, you must contact us before your competition.
  c. the suit is washed or otherwise treated by the renter;
  d. the suit is lost or not returned.

e. the rental is cancelled
5.3 Late or damaged returns may also result in a permanent booking ban.

5.4 Late Fees of $100 p/w are incurred if the bikini is not returned within the allocated window. 

5.5 If the Bikini is not returned within 14 days:

a. Full replacement fee of $1000 is charged

b. deposit is forefited

c. automatic booking ban

6. Liability & Disclaimer

6.1 67 Bikinis is not responsible for postal delays once an item has been dispatched.
6.2 Except for Australian Consumer Law guarantees, all implied warranties are excluded to the maximum extent permitted.
