Frequently asked questions

  • Start by selecting your competition date, each bikini will then show whether it is available on that date. When you've settled for your fav bikini, go through the check out process and make an account (this is important as we will need you on file to send a 3 week advance measurement email). Once we receive your purchase, a confirmation will be sent to your email.

    We’ll prepare your bikini and send it out roughly two weeks before your competition. Keep in mind that we cannot give an exact date as it is dependant on when we have received it back from the previous renter. All orders will arrive 14 - 7 days prior to your rental date (comp date). There is a buffer time period set on all rental bikinis, so there should be no hesitation with receiving your bikini within this time frame.

    The next couple of days after your event, you’ll receive a link with Australia Post including instructions on where to return the bikini. This link has a 3 day window of when it can be used, so please be mindful and return the bikini as soon as possible so we can prepare it for the next renter.  We’ll handle the cleaning, so simply send it back as is post competition. Make sure the suit is returned in good condition to get your refundable deposit back. 

  • It's easy! Simply choose the size you normally are with guidance from our sizing chart. Please choose appropriately regarding your CURRENT cup size. At the 3 week out mark, You will receive an email asking for your current measurements, from here we adjust the bikini accordingly to make sure it will fit you on the day. If your cup size has changed, don't worry! We will send the appropriate amount of padding to ensure it fits well on the day.

  • We understand that there will be competitors doing multiple shows. If you are wanting to use the SAME bikini for more than one show, please check that it is available for your second show using the rental period tab. 

    If your shows are within a 2 week period of each other, please contact us on [email protected] or fill out the contact form below so we can check the availability on our end. There are no guarantees that you will be able to rent for multiple shows. This needs to be decided no later than 2 weeks prior to your competition date.

    A charge of $150 per EXTRA show is applied to each bikini rental once confirmed.

    If you are wanting to have different bikinis for multiple shows, please book as per usual with the two bikinis in your checkout. If available, we can send these items together.

  • Pre Competition: Once your bikini has been confirmed, we ship it out 14-7 days prior to your competition date. We cannot give an exact date on when it will arrive, but we will do our best to give you as much time before your competition as possible. All deliveries are done through Australia post express. A $20 express shipping fee is added at the checkout. Please keep the box your bikini is shipped in as you can use it again when shipping it back to us!


    Post competition: A couple of days (start of the week after your competition) we supply an AusPost tracking code via text message; you must use this service and keep the receipt. Return postage is at your expense (roughly $20). This tracking code is valid for 3 days once sent to you. Please bear in mind that we will need the bikini back as soon as possible to prepare for the next renter. From this QR code Auspost will print a sticker label. Please attach this to the 67 bikini box that your bikini was sent in and tape it close. DO NOT WASH YOUR BIKINI POST COMP.

    If you are unable to return the bikini within the time frame given, please contact us PRIOR to your bikini being shipped/at the time you are making your booking. Failure to do so will result in a portion or full amount of the deposit NOT being refunded.
